Yvette Alvarez

Yvette Alvarez is Operations Manager at Taylor Oswald. In her role, she is responsible to lead and support the operations and service team, execute on operational plans, and deliver business strategy aligned with the vision and mission of Taylor Oswald.

With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and over 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Yvette joined Taylor Oswald in 2011 as one of the company’s early employees.  She has steadily assumed more responsibility and grown professionally over the course of time, including the Human Resources experience gained with Oswald Companies. Yvette has been instrumental in the execution of strategic initiatives to align all practices to the organization’s mission, vision, and values.

Yvette is a graduate of Ursuline College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. She earned her insurance designation of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and holds the professional designation of Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). In addition, she has been a licensed   Health & Life agent since 2009 and a Property & Casualty agent since 2012 in the State of Ohio.
