Felisha Payne

Felisha Payne joined Taylor Oswald as a Client Service Administrator in July of 2019 and promoted to Associate Client Manager shortly after. She works with clients of various sizes in the Group Benefits Department. Her current responsibilities include servicing client needs, communicating with carriers on enrollment, claims and renewals, and providing internal administrative support to the account management team.
