Jul 16, 2025

We are proud to announce that Tara Zick, vice president and group benefits practice leader, has been named to the prestigious Leadership Cleveland Class of 2026 by the Cleveland Leadership Center. This is a remarkable honor — and one that reflects her dedication, leadership, and vision.

What is Leadership Cleveland?

Now in its 47th year, Leadership Cleveland brings together approximately 66 senior-level leaders each year for a 10-month immersive program focused on:

Economic development discussions, quality-of-life explorations, and shape-shifting civic experiences are all designed to catalyze transformative results for the region.

Why This Matters — And Why Tara is an Ideal Fit

  1. Purposeful Civic Engagement
With participants representing diverse sectors, the program is a true example of inclusive, civic-minded leadership. Tara has consistently championed cross-functional collaboration and community outreach within our organization, and is a trailblazing woman in leadership, making her a perfect match for this mission.
  2. Expanding Perspective
This program will extend Tara’s network with leaders across sectors—hospitals, government, nonprofits—she will bring back fresh insights to better serve our team and our clients.
  3. Commitment to Growth & Transformation
Participation in Leadership Cleveland requires full organizational support. This speaks to Taylor Oswald’s investment in professional development—and Tara’s readiness to embrace this journey with rigor and purpose.

We’re confident Tara will return more equipped than ever to advocate for innovative ideas, deepen our community involvement, and champion successful team building. Her ability to blend business strategy with authentic human impact aligns perfectly with Leadership Cleveland’s goals.
