Nicholas Augustine Promoted to Senior Client Manager, Property & Casualty Team Leader at Taylor Oswald

Taylor Oswald this month announced the promotion of Nicholas Augustine to Senior Client Manager, Property & Casualty Team Leader. In this expanded role, Nick oversees the property & casualty client service team in planning, execution, and ongoing service excellence. Beyond account management, he plays a key role in carrier relations, compliance oversight, and staying attuned to market trends. His promotion reflects both his deep knowledge, service-focus and Taylor Oswald’s commitment to empowering leadership from within.

When Nick joined Taylor Oswald in January 2025, he brought more than 20 years of insurance and leadership experience. Nick holds his Ohio Insurance License issued by the Ohio Department of Insurance in the following lines of authority: Accident & Health, Casualty, Life, and Property. He is a proud graduate of Bowling Green State University.

Currently Vice President of Painesville’s City Council, he also brings Taylor Oswald’s public entity clients a deep understanding of government. He chairs the City’s finance committee, works on the community reinvestment and the housing task force. He also contributes on the board of the Downtown Painesville Organization.
