Taylor Oswald, a fast growing and top benefits broker, today announced the promotion of Tara Zick to Vice President, Benefits Practice Leader. This promotion recognizes her exceptional leadership, significant contributions to the company’s success, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Tara joined Taylor Oswald in 2020 as a Senior Client Executive and was promoted to Practice Leader, Employee Benefits in 2023. During her tenure, Tara has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities, driven innovation, and achieving remarkable results with a client-focus.

Tara is graduate of Baldwin Wallace University with a bachelor’s in business administration and is completing her MBA at Youngstown State University.  She currently serves on the board of trustees for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Cleveland Public Library Foundation Board.
