Taylor Oswald Elevates Kristy O’Carz to Vice President, Financial Operations

Taylor Oswald today announced the promotion of Kristy O’Carz to Vice President of Financial Operations.

In this expanded role, she will be instrumental in guiding the company’s financial operations, strategic business planning, and continuing to drive sustainable growth.

Prior to this promotion, Kristy served as Financial Operations Manager, having joined Taylor Oswald in 2022.

Kristy is a graduate Ursuline College and Cleveland State University’s Executive MBA Program. She served as an advisory board member for CSU’s EMBA as well as board positions in her local community of Perry, Ohio.
