Taylor Oswald Promotes Tara Zick to Practice Leader, Group Benefits

CLEVELAND, July 18, 2023Tara Zick has been promoted to practice leader of Taylor Oswald’s Group Benefits division. Previously, Zick was a team lead for the practice, with more than 10 years in the organization.

As practice leader, Zick is responsible for developing Taylor Oswald’s diverse employee benefits programs with carriers and advising clients on the best program management, including health care and pharmaceuticals, as well as inclusive benefits and redesigning the employee experience. The result is innovative, cost-effective and tailored solutions for Taylor Oswald’s local, national and international employers.

Zick’s 25 years of experience in human resources and group benefits consulting, along with her leadership skills and civic mindedness, are well suited to lead the group benefits practice.

A graduate of Baldwin Wallace University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration, she is currently pursuing her MBA in health care management at Youngstown State University. She holds a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional designation and is the current president of the local SHRM chapter in Medina County. She also has a self-funding certificate from the National Association of Health Underwriters. Tara currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and was awarded the honor of Woman of the Year 2021.
